Product Warranty

At VURSAA, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase that covers manufacturing faults and defects in workmanship or materials for our Vursaa Original Modular Backpack. 

Whats covered

Our warranty covers:

• Faults caused by defective material or workmanship.
  

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal use, accidents, or improper care.

• General use or wear and tear.
• Neglect, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions
• Accidents or damage cause by third parties (e.g. airlines or couriers)
• Abrasions or cosmetic scratches
• Exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or direct sunlight
• Damage from beauty products, chemicals, solvents or acids.
• Damage to contents inside the bag 
• Deliberate or accidental damage
• Hardware and trim components such as zips, buckles, and rubber logo 
• Damage from improper care or cleaning
• Products that have been altered or modified

Utensils and other accessories are not included in our warranty. 

NOTE: Complimentary items or packaging inclusions (such as drawstring bags) are not covered under warranty or eligible for individual replacement.

Warranty Period 

This warranty is valid for 1 year from the original purchase date and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required. 

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@vursaa  with:

• Full name and order number
• Photos and/or videos of the defect
• Receipt of purchase
• A description of the issue

We'll review your claim and provide instructions for return or replacement if approved.
