Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

International Shipping: Temporarily Free

• Standard Shipping (5 - 15 business days): Temporarily Free
• International orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and handling fees imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total unless otherwise stated at checkout.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages VURSAA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages VURSAA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier.
